Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, 3SI is a market leader in asset protection and recovery. Starting with the commercialization of dye and ink staining, to its modern solutions for GPS tracking of high-value assets. 3SI services protect financial institutions, retail locations and law enforcement agencies worldwide, with more than 148,000 trackers deployed. Their mission is to create a #SaferWorld.
Both companies will continue to operate under their respective brands, but together, Wren and 3SI will support the retail market with a broader set of loss prevention solutions and expanded engineering and technical resources to support future development. It is our first step toward creating the industry leader in loss prevention solutions.
